The St. Francis from Union Square.

Whenever a foreign dignitary stays there, the St. Francis Hotel flies his or her country's flag over the Powell Street entrance, facing the cable car line and Union Square. Ireland's tricolour flies here, but I don't know who the honored visitor was.
